As a holistic integrative Psychotherapist, Zasha combines various approaches to address all aspects of well-being in her sessions:

  • Utilizing somatic approaches like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing therapy to address emotions and trauma stored in the body.
  • Employing relational approaches such as IFS (Internal Family Systems) for internal relationships and attachment theory for external relationships
  • Applying needs-based approaches like Gestalt and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
  • Incorporating psychodynamic approaches including AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and Object Relations therapy to address unconscious material.
  • Integrating archetypal approaches such as Jungian analysis and ancient archetypal work to explore deep unconscious structures of experience.

Specializing in complex trauma, which often stems from developmental origins, Zasha understands it as a culmination of multiple traumas leading to pervasive effects rooted in unmet developmental needs and coping strategies. She emphasizes the importance of trauma healing as sacred work not just for oneself but for future generations and humanity as a whole, recognizing the transmission of trauma when left unresolved.

Drawing from personal experience, Zasha honors and respects every individual embarking on this journey toward full expression and potential, striving to make the process gentle and loving.
